These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of fayana.de (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Fayana, operated by Agata Maria Stoklosa (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Products and Availability
We offer dog cooling fans and related accessories (such as the FreshDoggy fan, USB adapters, and cables). All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities, discontinue products, or update our offerings at any time without notice.
3. Product Descriptions and Pricing
We work to describe and price products accurately. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, images, colors, or other content are error-free. All prices are shown on the Site in the listed currency and may change at any time before you place an order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount charged.
4. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we send an order confirmation or ship the product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, an error, or a violation of these Terms.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Shopify Payments (processed by Stripe). By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

8. Promotions, Discounts, and Coupons
Promotional codes and discounts are valid only for the stated period, may exclude certain products, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. One promotional code may be applied per order unless stated otherwise.
