This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders placed at fayana.de. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery is typically 7–15 business days after processing, depending on your location and the carrier. Total time equals processing time plus shipping time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during peak periods or due to factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay, based on your order and destination. Any free-shipping offers will be shown at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow a short time after shipping for tracking information to update.
5. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, or other events beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will help track it down.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with members of your household and your local carrier first. If you still need help, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For shipments that cross international borders, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.
